Approach

Seth has always been passionate about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle, but he hasn't always lived healthy. In 2017 and 2018, he competed in the INBA, where he gained not only the discipline required to step on stage but also a deep understanding of how proper workouts and nutrition go hand in hand. That experience gave him valuable insight into the importance of balance, pushing the body to new limits while also fueling it with the right foods.

Over the years, Seth has continued to grow his knowledge, applying what he learned in competition to everyday health and fitness. His journey taught him that lasting change doesn't come from quick fixes, but from consistency, dedication, and the right guidance.

Now, through The 90 Day Solution, Seth is passionate about sharing that knowledge and experience to help others transform their own lives, whether they're just starting out or looking to take their fitness to the next level.

Jennifer has always been passionate about fitness and living an active lifestyle. Her journey started with a love for movement and exercise, but over time she realized that true health goes far beyond what happens in the gym. Wanting to understand how the body, mind, and spirit all work together, she began studying Ayurveda, the ancient science of holistic health. Through her studies, she gained a deeper appreciation for how nutrition, daily habits, and mindfulness play just as important a role as strength training or cardio.
